Autarky Hardest Working Dog — overall winner

The Autarky Hardest Working Dog Award goes to the dog whose actions have most captured the imagination of the UK public and a team of expert judges.

The overall winner will be selected by a team of expert judges from a shortlist of four dogs — one from each of the following categories (below). The winner of each category will be chosen by the UK public by voting for their winning dog.

An expert independent panel will convene to decide the shortlist for each category. Autarky will provide the panel with an extensive list of the top dogs in each category, including information on their achievements.

Voting in the challenge

To host this stage of the competition, we are using a secure, well-recognised and established voting platform called Woobox.

We have set a limitation to one vote per person day to make sure that people can't vote for their favourite multiple times.
Any member of the public is allowed one vote in a 24 hour period and this is based on PST time, which means that voting refreshes at 8am every day.

If an individual clears their cookies or uses a different device/browser then they may be able to view the voting page again, and it will appear to them that they are casting another vote. However, this vote is not registered and this is an intentional security feature to prevent multiple voting.

The prizes

• Cash or voucher alternatives are not available.
• The finalists will receive their prizes once the overall winner has been announced.
• All prizes are subject to change and availability.
